Dirigon is a private credit data product. This page covers the API, MCP, and website. Marks come from public SEC EDGAR filings.

Using the service means you accept these terms.

## What we provide

Marks, tapes, and fund cards compiled from SEC EDGAR filings (10-Q, 10-K, and opt-in N-CSR / N-CSRS). Those filings are public. You can read them on the website, or through the API and MCP.

## Accounts and billing

Plans and entitlements run through Stripe. Keep your API keys secret.

## Acceptable use

Do not abuse the service, scrape beyond what your plan entitles, resell the tape as a competing feed without a deal, or try to bypass auth or metering.

## Training

We do not train models on Claude, ChatGPT, or Cursor conversation text, chat history, or host files. MCP tools only receive the arguments you send.

## The tape

EDGAR filings are public. Our compile and matching are the product. These terms are not a license to dump the full gated tape in public.

## No warranty

This is not investment advice. Marks may be incomplete or wrong. Read the as-of date and the filing link.

## Changes

We may change plans, revoke keys for abuse, and update these terms.

## Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Colorado, United States.
